personal, home and vehicle safety products. Our companies’ goal is to
equip people with effective tools to begin fighting the war on
crime. Our products make every effort to empower people with the ability of
protecting themselves in any threatening situation.

SHIPPING
POLICY
All Orders of 50.00 or more include free shipping unless
otherwise indicated on that products page.
Most orders are shipped within 24-hours after placing
your initial order mon-fri. Pending payment verification.
From
time-to-time when an manufacturer is out-of-stock of an particular item, we
will attempt to obtain that item from an 3rd
party distributor, this may result in that item
shipping separately, if that is the case we will notify you by
e-mail.
Orders outside the
United
States will require EXTRA shipping
charges, we will e-mail them to you for you to accept or decline.
Special order items, like our High-End knifes are
subject to inventory limitations. If you placed an order for an item that
becomes "out-of-stock", we will NOT charge your credit card. And will
notify you as soon as the item becomes available.
Once your order ships,
you will receive a shipment confirmation via email, which will provide your
tracking number and scheduled delivery date. If you place your
order by mail, phone, or fax, and do not wish to provide
your email address, please feel free to contact us for your tracking
number.
SECURITY
SYSTEMS
Some items such as vehicle security systems and
our G.P.S systems require the customer to install them into their
vehicle,
we
cannot offer any technical support nor can we be held responsible for any
damage that the customer may inflict on their vehicle. Please read the
installation manuals that come with these products and if you have any questions
please call
the technical support numbers provided with the products.
All our vehicle security systems are high-end products from reputable
manufactures, we are confident in their ability to assist you.
If you are not confident in your
ability to install your new system, you can check your local YELLOW PAGES for a
qualified installer in your area.
REFUND POLICY (TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT)
Refund Policy . If a product purchased is defective or not to Buyer’s
satisfaction, Buyer can return the product in its original condition within 21 days of
receipt, Prior to sending the item customer must meet all requirements of the
return policy guide lines in sec.(9A) then obtain an RMA number and send
the product to the following address:

30815. In such event, Company shall
provide Buyer a credit for other purchases from the Site (less shipping and
handling charges incurred).
This
Section 9-(9A) sets forth Buyer’s sole and exclusive right to
refund.
(9A) RETURN POLICY GUIDE LINES
:
Contact us by email for an RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) number. Please provide your name, order number(s), the date of
your order, the date you received your order (Please re-print or forward us the order confirmation we e-mailed to you
after your initial order). Please be specific about which items you would
like to return, a telephone number in which we can reach you, and
the reason for return.

Returns must be postmarked
within 21 days of delivery date. You can check with our offices about
what date we have on file for your order. Any returns Post-Marked after 21
days will only be considered for on-line purchases credit only.
Product(s) must be returned in
resalable condition with all original packaging,
accessories and accompanying literature. If we receive your product without
the accompanying accessories and documentation, you will not get a refund or
in store credit. Remember you must include
all support material that was contained within your product.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping
charges, unless it is agreed that personal safety site was solely responsible
for error for which is the sole reason for the return of an
item. In which case prior authorization must be given before
shipment.
Please send your return via UPS
or FED EX since these methods are easily traceable. If you prefer to use US
Mail, please insure the package and include delivery confirmation. It is the
customer’s responsibility to make sure the return gets to us.
